Incentive Systems, the award-winning leader of Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) software and services, today announced Dan Lautenbach has joined the company as its executive vice president of worldwide sales and operations. In this newly created position, Lautenbach will be charged with expanding worldwide sales operations to support Incentive Systems' aggressive growth strategies.

In this role, he was responsible for managing more than 8,000 employees and selling upwards of $10 billion in software products annually.
Lautenbach served as chairman of the board of Singalab, a Singapore-based joint venture with IBM, focused on software application and solution development in the Asia Pacific region.
