BT Selects Cramer to Automate Service Provisioning

Cramer Systems today announced a major contract with BT to automate service delivery across the multiple voice and data technologies that comprise BT's UK network infrastructure.
As a strategic component of BT's Operations Support System (OSS), Cramer's provisioning automation capabilities will ensure faster, more efficient delivery of services - especially where those services rely on the resources of several network technologies.
