CacheFlow(R) Inc. (Nasdaq:CFLO), a leading provider of secure content networking solutions, today announced its new Partner Alliance Program, in which CacheFlow will provide authorized and premier channel partners with marketing, sales and technical resources designed to help them differentiate and grow their business. The program will enable channel partners to create new security offerings based on CacheFlow web security appliances and related services to better address customer security needs, expand market reach and increase profits. CacheFlow today also announced an exclusive agreement with Westcon for distribution rights of the CacheFlow Security Gateway in North America.
"The CacheFlow Security Gateway overcomes the challenges facing organizations today in regard to Internet content filtering, virus scanning and secure content acceleration," said Bret Jackson, principle with SDT Network Products & Internet Filtering (www.sdtnetworkproducts.com), among the first members of CacheFlow's Partner Alliance Program. "We have many clients that are excited to implement a single, purpose-built appliance that handles all of these applications. We're very excited about the potential of this partnership, as well. CacheFlow offers a one-of-a-kind solution that we believe can be a great asset to the security concerns of almost any organization."
The CacheFlow Security Gateway provides customers with content-level security, powerful policy-based control capabilities, comprehensive management and detailed reporting for security applications such as Internet authorization management, content filtering, web usage monitoring, virus scanning, active content security and network bandwidth protection. The solution easily integrates with existing security and network infrastructure and enables businesses to minimize security risks, management costs and complexity of Web infrastructure.
Added Steve Martinez, owner/president of Razorline Technologies, LLC (www.razorlinetech.com), another of the first members of CacheFlow's Partner Alliance Program, "Our commitment to our customers is to bring together only best-of-breed products and services in assembling focused, specific business solutions, and the CacheFlow Security Gateway certainly belongs in that category. More and more, enterprises rely on the Web to communicate with customers, partners, suppliers and remote employees. Security has never been a greater concern, and reducing operational costs is always a point of emphasis. The CacheFlow Security Gateway uniquely addresses both of these issues."
The new Partner Alliance Program incorporates a two-tiered partnership profile. Partners qualify for access to each tier of the program based upon their core capabilities, commitment to collaborative practices with CacheFlow and investment in technical training. Authorized Partners may sell CacheFlow's products and branded services to their customers. CacheFlow's Premier Partners provide products and their own value-added services for their customers after undergoing extensive training on the CacheFlow Security Gateway, beginning this month. Premier Partners will also be encouraged to take advantage of specialized benefits, including co-marketing assistance and lead-sharing initiatives. All CacheFlow Partner Alliance members will be granted access to a comprehensive series of sales, marketing and support resources essential to furthering the strategic value that partners offer their customers. CacheFlow's Partner Alliance answers both of these needs," said Dianne Ferry, senior channel marketing manager with CacheFlow.
