NEWPORT, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 11, 2002
Bluestreak, a leading online marketing company, today announced a new release of its Ion Ad Server Platform. Ion 3.0 raises the bar for speed and simplicity of campaign management with significant enhancements including time saving wizards for set up, workflow, and reporting, as well as optimization features across multiple placements, media formats and types of results. The Ion Server is the only real time platform for the management, delivery, and optimization of online advertising.
"We handle many complex campaigns for our clients, this latest release of Ion proved to be the fastest set up for us ever. Ion 3.0 is also so much easier to navigate since the Placement Setup Wizard walks you through step by step." said Renee Whittingstall, Interactive Media Planner, Temerlin McClain. "We also do a lot of reporting based on cost so we are very pleased that we can now track costs and ROI with Ion."
Built to deliver any ad format including rich media, the Ion system is robust and infinitely scalable. Enhancements in Ion 3 include:
Easy media placement - edit up to 20 placements at a time with the new set up wizard.
Flexible creative assignment - cuts campaign execution time in half; creative can now be assigned and removed from several placements at the same time. Multiple groups, media types and placements can be easily set up.
Advanced reporting - includes pacing reports to show progress of media buy over time and automated activity notification. Ion 3 supports reporting of full range of media buys including CPM, CPC, CPA, flat and hybrid.
Best in class optimization - achieves optimization across multiple placements, and creative types. In addition, optimization can be based on user defined click and conversion events.
"This release underscores our commitment to make ad serving as easy to deploy and as cost effective as possible for the user," said Anurag Ahuja, Vice President of Product Marketing at Bluestreak. "Marketing executives within our blue-chip customer base have applauded our unmatched ability to streamline workflow and provide the most integrated reporting for any form of online advertising."
