Ron W. Johnson, CEO, announced the signing of an agreement with Ingram Entertainment Inc. for the purchase of DVD products which Digital Videos of America Inc. will both rent and sell.
Digital Videos of America, located in Laguna Hills, was founded to provide rental and direct sale of home entertainment products, primarily in DVD format, and offered through proprietary Web sites www.Rentaltainment.com and DVDLanding.com (800/979-4DVA, www.dvaonline.com).
Ingram Entertainment has headquarters in La Vergne, Tenn. and is the leading national distributor of home entertainment products including electronics, video game hardware and software, DVD hardware and software, audio books, and accessories.
