SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 12, 2002
Shoppers can now put Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan miles in their grocery cart with every shopping trip to a Safeway store in Alaska, Idaho, Montana and parts of Washington.
Safeway customers in those states can earn 125 miles in Alaska's popular frequent flyer program for every $250 spent at participating Safeway locations. A routine trip to the grocery store now puts shoppers closer to a free flight on Alaska, Horizon or eight other airline partners.
To earn miles, customers must be enrolled in Mileage Plan and have a Safeway Club Card.
