Concorde Gaming Corp.'s Chief Financial Officer Resigns

Concorde Gaming Corporation (Pink Sheets:CGAM) announced the resignation of Gary R. Fish as the Company's Chief Financial Officer effective November 25, 2002. The Company plans to begin an immediate search for Mr. Fish's replacement.

"We have improved our capital structure and overall financial position over the last year. We plan to attract an experienced financial executive to replace Gary to help us continue this trend."
Concorde Gaming Corporation owns and operates two gaming properties with over 500 gaming devices in operation. The Company operates a limited stakes gaming property, the Golden Gates Casino in Black Hawk, Colorado, and a day-cruise gaming property, the Casino Princesa, based out of Miami, Florida. The Company's corporate offices are located in Rapid City, South Dakota.
