(Nasdaq:PPBI) (the "Company") the holding company of Pacific Premier Bank, F.S.B. and Pacific Premier Investment Services announced today the appointment of Emy Parks to the position of President of Pacific Premier Investment Services. Pacific Premier Investment Services offers a wide range of investment alternatives to meet the financial goals of consumers. Pacific Premier Investment Services has offices located within Pacific Premier Bank branches in the cities of Huntington Beach, San Bernardino and Seal Beach, California.

The Company is a savings and loan holding company that owns 100% of the capital stock of the Pacific Premier Bank and Pacific Premier Investment Services. The Bank is a federally chartered stock savings bank whose primary business includes branch banking, income property and construction lending.
