Fiserv VISION Names Craig Zander to Commercial Banking Position

BROOKFIELD, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 26, 2002

Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq:FISV) announced today that Craig Zander has joined its Fiserv VISION unit as Vice President of Commercial Banking Strategy.

In his new position, Zander will have overall responsibility for the complete line of Fiserv VISION commercial banking products. He will report to John Macaluso, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Fiserv VISION.

Zander most recently was Senior Vice President at Park Bank in Milwaukee. His prior experience includes Director of Business Banking at Marshall and Ilsley Corporation in Milwaukee, Director of Retail Banking at One Valley Bancorp in Charleston, West Virginia, and Manager of Commercial Credit Analysis for Shawmut Bank in Hartford, Connecticut. He holds a bachelor's degree from Providence College and an MBA from Roosevelt University.

Dave Krystowiak, President of Fiserv VISION, said Zander will play a key role in advancing the unit's commercial banking capabilities.
