In a just-released Supreme Court Appelate Division First Department decision The Pullman Group,(R) LLC, (Creator of all Pullman Bonds,(TM) including the Pullman Bonds (TM) for David Bowie, Motown Hit Machine Holland Dozier Holland, Ashford & Simpson, James Brown, and The Isley Brothers) won in a 5-0 unanimous knock-out decision in its multi-billion dollar case against Prudential Financial, Inc. et al. affirming on all 31 counts by a five judge panel of Justice Tom, Justice Mazarelli, Justice Rosenberger, Justice Ellerin and Justice Rubin, upholding the Honorable Justice Gammerman's decision in which The Pullman Group,(R) LLC won.
The Five Judge Panel stated in the final line of its decision: "We have considered the Defendants' remaining contentions and find them unavailing. This constitutes the decision and the order of the Supreme Court Appellate Division First Department." Defendants have admitted a Three Billion Dollar liability.
Discovery in this case produced 100 boxes and hundreds of pages of depositions evidencing defendants' guilt on 31 counts including Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Breach of Contract, Misappropriation of Trade Secrets, Fraud, Tortious Interference and Aiding and Abetting Breaches of Fiduciary Duty (Against Willkie, Farr & Gallagher), as well as Civil Conspiracy
