William J. Britton Joins Veridian's Business Team

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 14, 2002
Veridian Corporation (NYSE:VNX) today announced that William J. Britton has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Veridian's Systems Division.
Mr. Britton comes to Veridian from his most recent position as a business development director for the Raytheon Company where he was responsible for the development of $80 million in new business revenue in 2001. Prior to Raytheon, Mr. Britton served in the U.S. Air Force as Chief of Staff for the Air Force National Reconnaissance Office Integration Planning Group, located in the Pentagon. During his Air Force career, Mr. Britton served in positions supporting intelligence and information technology efforts within the U.S. Department of Defense.
