LOUISVILLE, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 17, 2002

Barefoot Productions has released Twinkle Bulbs(TM) version 5.0, an enjoyable Windows desktop enhancement that lets you hang a string of virtual blinking colored holiday lights at the top of (or around) your screen, and add festive holiday music, wallpaper and screen savers to your computer. The latest version is compatible with Windows-XP, and adds many new features.

Twinkle Bulbs now has more than 150 bulb sets, background images, and music files to add holiday cheer at Christmas, Easter, St. Patrick's Day, Halloween, Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, and all of the major holidays. Additional holidays and themes are continually being added at the request of customers. Decorating your desktop has never been so much fun!

You can change the number of lights as well as their colors and blinking patterns. You can even display broken and burned-out bulbs. Twinkle Bulbs lets you select and play holiday music, either from its archive of songs, or from your own collection of music files - MIDI, WAV and MP3 formats are all supported. The program includes a selection of seasonal and special-effect screen savers, as well as a Windows wallpaper changer.

Twinkle Bulbs is simple to install and use, and its control panel is easily accessed from the Windows system tray. Detailed instructions are available to novice users but may be turned off for advanced users.

The Twinkle Bulbs CD-ROM costs $22.95 ($7.95 for previously registered users) and can be ordered online from Barefoot Productions at the Twinkle Bulbs web site: http://www.twinklebulbs.com. A donation from each sale will be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. For more information, contact Barefoot Productions, 1101 W. Enclave Circle, Louisville, CO 80027. Phone: (303) 665-7843.
