LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 2, 2002

Merit Studios Inc. (OTC: MRIT) announced that the 6 million BroadBand Wireless International Corp. (symbol: BBAN) shares received with the contract between Entertainment Direct TV and Merit Studios Inc. were distributed to the Merit shareholders of record as of Aug. 30 2002.

The company stated that the shareholder of record will receive in the next days the BBAN stock certificates or have the BBAN shares credited to their brokerage accounts.

On another subject, the company stated that Nathan W. Drage, P.C., of Holladay, Utah, was retained as SEC attorney to help the company with all matters of filings with the SEC.
