Vitalect Announces New Techniq Learning Content Management System 3.1 with Acclaimed Learner Interface and Easy-to-Use Content Authoring Tools

Techniq Author 3.1 has the capability to export content as SCORM 1.2 compliant package and also to import and use any SCORM 1.2 compliant content package. Vitalect's Techniq LCMS 3.1 is based on the learning object model of the IEEE LTSC and the IMS metadata specification. It was developed using a J2EE compliant application, JAVA technology, and JDBC for database agnostic connectivity.
