CYOP Systems Announces New Licensee; Company Signs Licensing Agreement with Troma Networks

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 22, 2002

CYOP Systems International Inc. (Nasdaq OTC:CYOI.OB), the leading provider of online Games and Tournaments of Skill, today announced that is has reached an agreement with Troma Networks Inc. whereby CYOP's Pay for Play software will be available on the Troma network at a number of Sites.

CYOP will license its proprietary Pay for Play Skill-Based Internet gaming software called CrediPlay, www.crediplay.com to Troma, a company with a number of sites in its 'Coalition' including www.troma.com, www.tromaville.com and www.newgrounds.com.

In accordance with the agreements, CYOP will provide Troma with its software including a number of games, site integration, and customer support. Some of the games to be integrated include Skill Bingo, MeteorBlast, MahJong, BrickAway, Entrapment, Darts (301 and cricket), Megaspheres (normal and speed), Switch Solitaire, Hit 13, Free Cell, Klondike solitaire, 5 x 5 Poker, Drop 21, Toadtris, Skeet Shoot, and NumRunner.
