Clayton Williams Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: CWEI), will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss third quarter results on Wednesday, November 6, 2002, at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time (1:30 p.m. Central Time). CWEI expects to issue the news release sometime after the market closes on Tuesday, November 5th.
