Wind River Selects Nextance for Enterprise Contract Management

Nextance, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise software for enterprise contract management, today announced that Wind River Systems, Inc. has chosen Nextance for the management of their contracts and related commitments.
Wind River Systems, Inc., (Nasdaq:WIND), headquartered in Alameda, California is a leader in the embedded software market with over 1,500 employees working around the world. Wind River provides a suite of applications, tools, and development environments and had revenues of $351 million in the 2002 fiscal year.
