EPSON Electronics America announced today the newest Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver module to provide excellent low power consumption.
Designated the S4E39860, the GPS receiver module consumes only 100mW at 3.3 volts making it one of the most conservative chips in the industry today. Housed in a sleek, thin 7-gram package of just 34.8mm wide, by 25.8mm deep and 6mm high, the S4E39860 is perfect for standard mobile, PC card, automotive and custom OEM applications.
