Kimball International, Inc. (Nasdaq:KBALB), today announced that Douglas A. Habig, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer and Robert F. Schneider, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer have both signed the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) oath stating the Company's Fiscal 2002 Form 10-K is materially factual and complete.

The oaths were completed and filed prior to the Company's September 30, 2002 filing deadline as set forth by the SEC. Copies of the oaths were filed on a Form 8-K with the SEC and may be viewed at the Company's Investor Relations website at www.ir.kimball.com.
