BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 13, 2002
SilverPlume and NCCI have entered into an agreement that allows SilverPlume to distribute NCCI content via their online product, Sage.
With the addition of manuals from NCCI, Sage is the only complete solution for access to insurance reference information online.
Released a year ago, Sage is a one-of-a-kind tool that combines the ease of an insurance-specific search engine with access to the publications insurance professionals require. Sage, now with NCCI information, offers the most comprehensive online information reference tool in the insurance industry.
"With this agreement, SilverPlume is the only company licensed to distribute NCCI content online. For years, SilverPlume has distributed NCCI content via CD, and this is the next step. It will be interesting to watch the Sage product take off," said Phyllis Lodico, President of the Risk Services Division.
"Adding NCCI manuals to Sage truly makes it the only product on the market that provides all the right tools for professionals in all segments of the P&C market," said Christina Nelson, President and CEO of SilverPlume. "We are delighted with the immediate success of Sage. Our customers appreciate the ease of our interface, the accuracy of our search results, and our timely and innovative product development. This agreement with NCCI demonstrates our commitment to expand and enhance the Sage product line to meet the ever-increasing online information needs of insurance professionals."
Sage is an online subscription service. Subscriptions can include information on thousands of available markets, titles from popular publishers such as AMBest, IRMI, FC&S, and Rough Notes, as well as manuals from ISO, NCCI, and other advisory organizations and rating bureaus.
