Under the terms of the agreement, TMP's Advertising & Communications division and Hire.com will work together to develop joint business and marketing opportunities with enterprise level clients. To create these comprehensive recruitment and hiring management services, the companies will combine expertise in interactive recruiting and traditional recruitment services. By offering these services together, the companies will enable their customers to realize increased measurable results from a single talent management solution.
