LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 25, 2002

NewsFactor Network, one of the leading e-business and technology news publishers, has signed an agreement to sponsor the E-Commerce Forum and the CRM Forum at the Internet World Fall 2002 tradeshow in New York City.

The day-long E-Commerce Forum on September 30th is being sponsored exclusively by NewsFactor Network and the E-Commerce Times. The CRM Forum, which focuses on Customer Relationship Management, will be held on October 1st and sponsored by two NewsFactor publications - CRM Daily and CRM Buyer Magazine - as well as BusinessWeek magazine.

"Sponsoring the forums is part of NewsFactor's ongoing branding campaign," said Richard Kern, publisher and director of sales for NewsFactor Network. "Our goal for this particular event is to support the industry while also spreading the word to potential new advertisers about our highly targeted audience of business and technology decision makers."

Timing of Internet World Fall 2002 corresponds with NewsFactor's recent introduction of CRM Buyer Magazine and the 4-year anniversary of the E-Commerce Times, which launched in Fall 1998.

The Internet World Fall 2002 conference and tradeshow will be held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City, September 30th through October 3rd. Internet World is produced by Penton Media (NYSE:PME).
