Aviation General, Incorporated Appoints Joseph M. Voss Executive Vice-President/COO/CFO of Commander Aircraft Company

Aviation General, Incorporated (NASDAQ:AVGE) has appointed Joseph M. Voss Executive Vice-President/ Chief Operating Officer/ Chief Financial Officer of its wholly owned subsidiary, Commander Aircraft Company.
Matthew J. Goodman, President/COO, will assume the title of President/CEO.
Mr. Voss has extensive financial, operating and aviation experience, having previously served as a Vice-President of Mooney Aircraft Corporation, prior to which he was Senior Manager, Planning and Analysis for Dell Computer Corporation. Mr. Voss graduated from Baylor University in 1984 with a BBA in Accounting, and is a CPA. He is an IFR licensed private pilot.
Aviation General, Incorporated is a publicly traded holding company with two wholly owned subsidiaries, Commander Aircraft Company and Strategic Jet Services, Inc.
Commander Aircraft Company (www.commanderair.com) manufactures, markets and provides support services for its line of single engine, high performance Commander aircraft, and consulting, sales, brokerage acquisition, and refurbishment services for all types of piston aircraft.
