Edward H. West joins Board of Directors of Entercom Communications Corp

Entercom Communications Corp. (NYSE: ETM) today announced that Edward H. West has joined its Board of Directors effective immediately. Joseph M. Field, Entercom's Chairman said, "We are honored to have Ed join the Board of Directors and believe that his credentials, skills and experiences will enhance our board and benefit our shareholders."
Mr. West is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for ICG Commerce and joined ICG Commerce in May 2002 from Internet Capital Group (ICG) where he was President and Chief Operating Officer. ICG Commerce has recently been named to Forbes Magazine's "Best of the Web: B2B" and UPSIDE Magazine's "Hot 100 Private Companies".
Prior to joining ICG in September of 2000, Ed was executive vice president and chief financial officer for Delta Air Lines. As chief financial officer at Delta, Ed was a member of Delta Air Lines' Executive Council and had broad responsibility for all corporate and operating financial functions. Ed was also Delta's executive sponsor for e-commerce activities, and served as chairman of the board for Delta Technology, the airline's technology subsidiary. Mr. West has been recognized in CFO Magazine's "Top 40 Under 40" list as a CFO who will make a difference in the new millennium.
