YAKIMA, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 15, 2003

Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation (AHMCC) has opened a new branch in Yakima, Wash. The branch is the first one in the city and 16th in the state.

Donna Leischner will be the branch manager for the new office. She has over 13 years' experience in the real estate industry and four in mortgage banking and was formerly a mortgage banker with Pacific Guarantee Mortgage. She has lived in the Yakima area for 11 years and is married. Donna holds the following recognitions and positions: Washington State Housing Finance Commission Homebuyer instructor and Washington State Notary. She also regularly participates in the Veterans Benefits Assistance Fair and Stand Down that provides education and information to former servicepersons.
