Mainsail and Spinnaker to Replace Navis Systems

Tideworks, a leading provider of terminal management software, today announced that Operadora Portuaria de Manzanillo (OPM), the largest container terminal on the Pacific Coast of Mexico, will deploy Tideworks' best-of-breed Mainsail and Spinnaker products. Mainsail and Spinnaker will replace Navis' systems at the terminal, which currently handles over 250,000 container moves a year.

The Deployment

Tideworks' will offer its full-service approach, which provides OPM with local onsite support, a data conversion, EDI services and system monitoring. The company's expertise in interfacing Mainsail with third-party billing systems will ensure OPM's success in interfacing Mainsail with their billing system. Finally, Tideworks' Web-based systems, which will enable OPM to interface with customers over the Internet, will improve customer service and reduce costs. OPM's business goals will be met.
