Internet Streaming Media Alliance —ISMA— Hosts Information Session at NAB 2003; Certification Program to Be Showcased

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 3, 2003

The Internet Streaming Media Alliance (ISMA), a global alliance of nearly 40 industry leaders in content management, distribution infrastructure, and streaming media, will host an open information session entitled "The Future of Streaming Media" on Tuesday, April 8th, at the National Association of Broadcasters' (NAB) 2003 convention to be held in Las Vegas, NV.

The session is open to all NAB attendees and will showcase the ISMA's new Certification Program. Attendees will learn what the ISMA's new Certification Program will mean for the streaming media industry and how to participate. The ISMA will also provide an update on technical activities, including the alliance's new content protection specification, and other programs. In addition, attendees can view product demonstrations, talk one-on-one with ISMA members, and enjoy a cocktail reception.

The ISMA/NAB streaming media session will be held on Tuesday, April 8th, 2003, from 3:00-5:00 p.m., Room N252, at the Las Vegas convention center.
