American Merchant Data Services, Inc. (OTC-PK: AMDS) is pleased to introduce their management team and objectives. They champion over 37 years of credit card and check processing experience.
Current plans are for the continued expansion of their management team, acquisitions, increased market share and the move to a new more liquid exchange called the NASDAQ Small Cap.
Current Management Team:
Mr. Bert Adcock - President and Co-Chairman of the Board
Mr. Adcock is the President of AMDS. Mr. Adcock worked with Concord EFS (CE-NYSE) for over six years. He retained the position as Bert was the former Director of Customer Service for Concord EFS (CE-NYSE). He created the Corporate Accounts Division where he was personally responsible for the signing of corporate accounts. Mr. Adcock is responsible for retail, corporate accounts and Telecheck(TM) sales, banking division alliances, marketing for the company and the creation of new revenue streams.
Mr. Don Latourette - CEO, CFO and Co-Chairman of the Board
Mr. Latourette is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of AMDS. Don has developed over $30,000,000 in commercial and residential properties and currently owns and manages twenty-one rental real estate properties ranging from warehousing to condominiums with valuations in excess of $4,500,000. Don has also owned and operated a successful concrete and building materials company for thirty years. Don is responsible for all financial operations of the company.
Mr. Jim Darby - COO and Director
Mr. Darby is the Chief Operating Officer of AMDS. Mr. Darby was the former Director of Operations at Concord EFS (CE-NYSE). Jim worked for Concord EFS for 15 years, monitoring all internal Concord EFS NB (National Bank) transactions. Jim is responsible for all inside operations for AMDS and overseeing the Customer Service Group. His expertise insures AMDS will have a smooth contract approval process, from the time a merchant signs a contract until all of their terminals are activated.
Mrs. Angie Browder - Executive Vice President
Mrs. Browder is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Accounts. Angie was the top inside sales representative at Concord EFS (CE-NYSE) and has brought her skills and knowledge to AMDS in developing the Corporate Accounts Division. Angie is responsible for lead generations for the corporate and retail divisions. Angie brings six years of successful experience in telemarketing to the AMDS management team.
