Fitch Ratings has issued a research report outlining its rating analysis for Household Credit Card Master Note Trust I, Series 2002-1. Series 2002-1, a $560 million dollar credit card transaction was rated 'AAA/A+. The ratings are based on the underlying quality of the collateral pool; available credit enhancement; Household Bank (SB), N.A.'s underwriting; Household Finance Corporation's servicing capabilities, and the transaction's sound legal and cash flow structures.
