As the most popular station for the week of December 1-7, America Online's Radio@ Network's Classic Holiday station now ranks as the most listened to individual online radio station ever reported by Arbitron. According to the most recent Arbitron Internet Broadcast Ratings, AOL(R)'s Classic Holiday station recorded over 800,000 hours of total time spent listening.

"The AOL Radio@ Network's Classic Holiday station has obviously been a hit with online consumers wanting to get into the holiday spirit," states Bill Rose, vice president and general manager, Arbitron Internet Broadcast Services.

The Classic Holiday station is one of 11 holiday stations currently available on the AOL Radio@ Network's Radio@AOL, Radio@AOL for Broadband and Radio@Netscape services. In addition to Classic Holiday, the network's Pop Holiday, R&B Holiday, Country Holiday and Jazz Holiday stations also rank among Arbitron's Top 50 individual Internet stations. Together with the Rock Holiday, Eclectic Holiday, Twisted Holiday, World Holiday and Klezmer stations, the network's total holiday category package reached nearly half a million unique listeners and totaled approximately 1.5 million hours of listening for the week.*

"Since we launched these stations in November, the response has been amazing," states Jim Van Huysse, general manager of the AOL Radio@ Network. "It's great to think that our holiday stations are being used as the soundtrack to gift wrapping, spreading cheer around the workplace and gathering with family and friends at this great time of year..."

The AOL Radio@ Network also recently launched eight "Best of 2003" stations, featuring editorial choices of the Radio programming team across Pop, Alternative, Country, R&B/Rap, Jazz, Dance, World and Indie Rock. All stations now feature direct integration with the Apple iTunes Music Store, allowing listeners to purchase songs heard on Radio@AOL and Radio@AOL for Broadband right from their player.

The AOL Radio@ Network, which includes Radio@AOL, Radio@AOL for Broadband and Radio@Netscape, is the leading Internet Broadcaster according to Arbitron Internet Broadcast Ratings. The network is designed to transform the conventional radio experience. These interactive services offer convenient 24/7 access to a vast selection of original and third party programming, contextual information and integrated commerce, including the option for Radio@AOL and Radio@AOL for Broadband listeners to purchase select digital singles through Apple's iTunes Music Store.
