Luckey's Management Announces Holiday Inn Express Hotels & Suites Airport/Cruise Port, Ft. Lauderdale's Newest Hotel Tops off at 5 Stories

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 2003

Luckey's Management Inc., Hotel Management and Development, announces the topping off of its newest property, the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, Ft. Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port. Located at 1150 W. State Rd. 84 in the heart of the Airport, Cruise Port, Convention and Corporate districts - construction is on target with the recent topping off and planned opening next Spring.

Two South Florida construction firms, Roepnack Corporation and R.C.I., Inc., are working together to build this hotel. "We count Luckey's Management among our many long-standing relationships," said CEO Robert Roepnack. "We're pleased to serve their construction needs and to add this Holiday Inn to our roster of hotel projects. The facility will serve the community well." According to Robb Imperato, president of R.C.I., completion of the project is scheduled for April 2004. "The topping off signals an important milestone of this project," he said.
