OASYS Signs Partnership Agreement with Optio Software

Optio Software, Inc. (OTC BB: OPTO.OB), a leading provider of software solutions that capture, transform and deliver information to allow automated processes, today announced the formation of a Partnership Agreement with The OASYS Group, Inc. based in Andover, Massachusetts.
OASYS is the exclusive J.D. Edwards' U. S. Distributor Channel Partner for the New England and downstate New York Region.
Under the terms of the agreement, The OASYS Group will offer an Optio J.D. Edwards solution for mid-sized companies throughout their territory. In addition, they will be able to resell Optio to their existing as well as future J.D. Edwards customers.
