Additionally, the company announced that Pamela Kline Smith, corporate strategist and VP of Marketing for Arcot Systems, Inc. has joined its Advisory Board. Two recognized authorities on compensation and marketing, Milkovich and Smith will help Kadiri continue to define and expand its leading role in the growing Enterprise Compensation Management market.

A Catherwood Professor of Human Resources Studies at Cornell University, Milkovich will serve as a special advisor to Kadiri on total compensation management. Milkovich joins Edward E. Lawler III, professor of Management and Organization in the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, as a fellow compensation advisor on Kadiri's Advisory Board. Together, the two compensation experts represent the most renowned and influential duo to sit on an advisory board across the compensation industry.

With over 35 years of experience understanding employment relationships and compensation, Milkovich's research has resulted in numerous publications, and his books Compensation and Cases in Compensation are the most widely adopted books about employee compensation in the world. He is also the recipient of several awards, including the Keystone Award from the WorldatWork Association and the Distinguished Career Contributions Award from the Academy of Management HR Division where he is a Fellow.

Before joining Arcot, Smith served as partner and vice president of marketing with The McKenna Group, a global technology marketing consulting firm. At McKenna, she focused on helping emerging enterprise software companies successfully market their products and services, as well as positioning them in the rapidly changing marketplace. Smith holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, a bachelor's degree from Harvard College, and a Certificate from the University of Paris - Sorbonne.
