4net Software Receives $50,000 Break-Up Fee from NWT Inc

Today, 4net Software, Inc. (OTC BB: FNSI) announced that it received a break-up fee in the amount of $50,000.00 from NWT Inc. ("NWT") pursuant to the Letter of Intent, dated December 19, 2002 between 4net Software and NWT ("LOI"). In connection with the receipt of the break-up fee in the amount of $50,000.00 4net Software and NWT mutually agreed to terminate the LOI.
