Bradmark Technologies Inc., an established provider of enterprise monitoring and database administration tools, today announced that it has expanded its growing European presence with the opening of its European Technical Support Center based in The Netherlands.

Bradmark established this new office to respond to the growing demand throughout Europe for its NORAD(R) product suite. The new office will augment the existing Bradmark UK Sales and Support Center by bringing a localized approach to product support. Integrated with Bradmark's standard 24 x 7 support where global customers have always been able to receive on-call support, Bradmark Europe will provide support via phone and e-mail in French, German and Dutch, ensuring that Central European customers will immediately reach technicians during regular business hours.
