HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 23, 2003
Bradmark Technologies, Inc., an established provider of data management solutions, today announced its Platinum Partner Program, a level of partnership for software providers who have extensive expertise and presence in a specific market.
The goal of the partner recruitment campaign is to add partners who are able to generate significant sales of Bradmark products, enabling Bradmark to move from a direct sales oriented company to one that leverages the opportunities and resources of Channel Partners, those who can sell into an existing customer base or integrate Bradmark products into new sales. In turn, Platinum Partners are looking for strong products with short sales cycles and excellent growth potential. Sales of Bradmark's NORAD products for distributed systems have experienced exponential growth over the last six months, demonstrating that there is a wide, untapped market for easy to use, integrated tools for the monitoring and management of databases and other critical IT resources.
In the coming months, Bradmark will aggressively recruit additional Platinum Partners to their existing channels program. "By working together we can provide technologies to solve critical issues," says Mike Sweeney, Bradmark Channel Sales Manager. "Our willingness to customize our solutions to take full advantage of our partner's product line is one of the things that sets Bradmark apart from other software development vendors."
"The flexibility and adaptability of Bradmark's NORAD Surveillance, a database monitoring tool, was made apparent when we were approached by one of the world's largest automobile manufacturers," continued Sweeney. "They had deployed Lucent's QIP Managed IP Addressing solution, which automated IP naming and addressing but there were no products on the market that were able to monitor QIP at the level they needed. They had been using Bradmark's database monitoring solutions for years when they came to us with a request to create a dynamic monitoring solution that leveraged NORAD's functionality for QIP environments. We were able to develop and implement a solution in less than three months."
NORAD Surveillance IP in now sold through Platinum Partner QBVentures, Inc., a Pennsylvania-based company that resells and implements software technology and provides a full range of VitalQIP consulting services. QBVentures is a prime example of the type of channel partner Bradmark is planning to add to its roster.
