Acquisition of Webseduction.com, the leading online dating site in Canada and one among the three main actors on the french market, allows Trader Classified Media, owner of NetClub.com the French no.1 dating site, to secure its position and give birth to the no.1 french-speaking dating site.

This merger gives birth to the no.1 french-speaking dating site with more than 1.1 million members, 150 million pages, 1 million unique visitors and 5 million visits per month. The two sites share the same ethics and reliability in managing online dating services.

The new entity, which will use the NetClub brand, combines the know-how of each company : "This new entity associates the unique and proven 6 years expertise of NetClub and Webseduction in the online personals business.
