Am-Beo Announces Contract with BFS Finance, Formerly Bertelsmann Financial Services; Agreement Enables BFS to Expand Offerings From Payments to Include Rating and Billing Services

Am-Beo, a global provider of rating and revenue settlement solutions, today announced a significant agreement with BFS Finance, formerly known as Bertelsmann Financial Services. BFS Finance, currently offering payment services to Internet retailers and portals, will now use Am-Beo's rate-rec(TM) to expand their services. New services will include rating, billing and revenue settlement. This agreement highlights Am-Beo's continued success in the financial services market for high-volume finance and eBusiness transaction processing.

BFS Finance is part of Arvato Services, a Bertelsmann company. With some 55 subsidiaries worldwide, Arvato AG (head office in Gutersloh, Germany) is one of the biggest internationally networked media service providers. The role of the Arvato Services is to ensure a quick and direct flow of information, goods and finance, in the area of business-to-business and business-to-consumer.
