BURLINGAME, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 29, 2003

Kadiri Inc., the leading provider of Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM) software, today announced that Francois Delepine, previously CFO at Xtime and vice president of finance at Business Objects, has joined the company as vice president and CFO. Kevin Dobbs, a former co-founder and product executive at Workscape, has joined as vice president of marketing and business development. Delepine will direct the company's finance function -- Dobbs will oversee Kadiri's corporate strategy, marketing and partner initiatives.

"Francois and Kevin are respected and experienced veterans of the enterprise software industry and bring vision and proven management talent to an already strong executive team," said Dan Federman, CEO at Kadiri. "Their expertise will be extremely valuable as Kadiri extends its leadership in the growing Enterprise Compensation Management market."

Delepine joins Kadiri with over 15 years of experience, most recently as chief financial officer at Xtime, a venture-backed enterprise software company in the services automation space. Prior to Xtime, Delepine was an executive at Business Objects, serving as vice president of finance and administration for the Americas where he was instrumental in managing the company's growth during a time of rapid expansion. Delepine also spent nine years at Apple Computer serving in a number of senior planning and controllership roles both domestically and internationally.

"These are exciting times to join Kadiri," said Delepine. "The company leads the pack in Enterprise Compensation Management solutions and is well-positioned to help businesses optimize their single largest operating expense - compensation."

At Workscape, Dobbs led product strategy and marketing for the company's HR self-service and ASP offerings, and was a key driver for the creation of the company's Employee.com hosted portal offering. Prior to Workscape, he was the GM of Edify Corporation's Employee Relationship Management (ERM) division and was responsible for the division's spinout to Workscape.

"It's easy to see the value that Enterprise Compensation Management software can bring to Fortune class organizations that want to increase focus on pay-for-performance initiatives and better align their workforces," said Dobbs. "It is clear that large companies are beginning to realize that they can no longer just focus on cost reductions but need to start optimizing their investments in compensation. ECM solutions will play a major role in the development of high performance workforces that can deliver more predictable business results."
