CoreComm, a subsidiary of ATX Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:COMM) and provider of residential Internet and telephony services, and the National Hockey League Columbus Blue Jackets announce the introduction of a new Internet access service designed exclusively for fans of the Blue Jackets franchise.
MyBlueJackets.net, accessed only through www.BlueJackets.com, is the first full-service Internet access service to be launched by an NHL franchise. Through their partnership, CoreComm and the Blue Jackets have developed a private-label Internet access tool that reinforces the image and qualities of the Blue Jackets team and extends the excitement of Blue Jackets hockey to the Internet.
MyBlueJackets.net offers fans all the benefits of a full-service Internet provider plus exclusive access to behind-the-scenes Blue Jackets features and promotions and three personalized MyBlueJackets.net e-mail accounts. The service also includes a customizable home page, 10 MB personal Web space, and 24-hour technical support.
Subscribers to MyBlueJackets.net can even manage their Internet account online, tracking the amount of time they spend logged on to the Internet, paying bills, and ordering additional features for their account.
