Pacific Republic Mortgage Installs Linux-Based Document Imaging System; Mortgage Company Chooses 1mage's System for Home Loans

1mage Software Inc. (OTCBB:ISOL) announced today that Pacific Republic Mortgage Corporation (PRMC) selected the 1MAGE suite of document imaging products to be installed at its Anaheim, California, corporate headquarters.

PRMC is one of the largest privately held mortgage banking companies in the United States, with 28 branch offices and 585 employees spread throughout California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico. PRMC makes single-family mortgage loans and is approved by HUD, VA FNMA & FHLMC, along with many national private investors, conduits and various state and city bond agencies.

PRMC will install the 1MAGE Electronic Document Management system on a server running RedHat Linux (Nasdaq:RHAT) and will use 1SUITE on Windows desktops to support the management and direct emailing and faxing of electronic loan documents associated with hundreds of loan closings. 1SCAN, 1mage's scanning software, will be used to scan and automatically index bar coded paper documents to be archived by 1MAGE. In addition, loan documents that are maintained on CDs originating from other sources will be automatically downloaded, indexed, and entered into the 1MAGE system for archiving.
