NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 15, 2003

Intimate, Special Edition BroadBAND Rocks!(TM) Concert Broadcast

Live Only on AOL for Broadband July 16 at 9 PM ET

America Online, Inc., the world's leading interactive services company, today announced a live edition of AOL(R) Music's popular concert series, BroadBAND Rocks!(TM), featuring Limp Bizkit exclusively on AOL for Broadband. Limp Bizkit kicks off AOL's new summer music series, which will offer a collection of special behind-the-scenes features of the summer's hottest events to members with both narrowband and broadband connections.

Just days after playing in front of over 50 thousand fans at Giants Stadium, the band will bring its infectious brand of rap-infused hard rock to AOL for Broadband members live with a private, intimate performance from New York City's historic Webster Hall. The invitation only event will be streamed exclusively on AOL for Broadband at 9:00 PM ET on Wednesday, July 16 at AOL Keyword: Limp Bizkit. Immediately following the concert, AOL for Broadband members will be able to watch the full show on demand for seven days.

As part of the new summer music series kicking off today, members on narrowband and broadband will also have the opportunity to get up-close and personal with the band through exclusive programming. Members can keep tabs on Limp Bizkit as they release their new album with behind-the-scenes features including the first installment of front man Fred Durst's personal tour diary and photos of the band, which will be updated regularly throughout the band's tour. Fans can watch music videos from the band including "Break Stuff," "Faith," "My Generation," "Rearranged," "Rollin'" and more. Over the coming months, AOL will showcase a series of exclusive events, including more special edition live BroadBAND Rocks! concerts.

"We are thrilled to offer AOL for Broadband members the chance to participate in what will certainly be a memorable night. Limp Bizkit has sold more than 28 Million records, and to see them perform live in a small club just a few months before their new record drops is a rare opportunity," said Evan Harrison, general manager of AOL Music. "This event is a prime example of the premier music programming that we are committed to delivering to our members."

This intimate Limp Bizkit concert builds upon the success of previous special, live editions of AOL's weekly concert series BroadBAND Rocks!, including Foo Fighters from Washington, DC, Staind from New York City and Lou Reed from San Francisco.

In collaboration with Infinity radio station K-Rock (WXRK), AOL is offering fans in New York City the opportunity to win tickets to attend the show live. Radio spots on additional select Infinity stations will also drive tune-in to the show. Additionally, one song from the Limp Bizkit concert will be made available for a limited time to online fans with a narrowband connection on AOL and on the web through Netscape's Music channel to promote the availability of the full concert on AOL for Broadband.

Having sold more than 30 million albums, Limp Bizkit is one of the biggest rock acts in the world. With three hugely successful studio albums to their credit, and legions of loyal fans, the band is scheduled to drop the highly anticipated follow up to 2000's Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water on September 23 on Interscope Records.
