U.S. BANK INTERNET BANKING ENHANCED AT USBANK.COM
U.S. Bank recently added several enhancements to usbank.com that make navigating in Spanish easier, Internet banking seamless, applying for credit cards simple and Verified by Visa enrollment effortless.
Hispanic consumers and businesses can now access the Spanish language site directly at usbank.com/espanol, or from a direct link on the usbank.com home page. The site includes information on U.S. Bank products and services including new information for small businesses. The enhancement is yet another example of the great strides U.S. Bank is making to lead the nation in providing financial services to the Hispanic market.
U.S. Bank Internet Bill Pay also received a new look within U.S. Bank Internet Banking, making it even easier and more convenient to use. It was enhanced to provide a more seamless, consistent and improved customer experience, and it includes the same functionality and features as before.
In addition, instant decisions on applications - a feature that is widely-used and of great value to many customers - is now available for the U.S. Bank Cash Rewards Cards as well as the U.S. Bank Student Checking Account.
In a move to increase online purchase security, U.S. Bank customers can now enroll in Verified by Visa directly through usbank.com. Verified by Visa is an Internet shopping protection program that asks the buyer for his or her password before processing the card number for an online purchase. Password protection through Verified by Visa, a service that is free to the cardholder, helps fend off any unauthorized uses of the card number on the Internet should it be lost or stolen. Users may also sign up when they purchase an item from a Verified by Visa Internet merchant and use a U.S. Bank credit card. A pop-up screen automatically prompts the cardholder through the enrollment process.
