DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 9, 2003

Denver area travelers thinking about a quick trip to Las Vegas are being enticed to "Fly Free" on Allegiant Air when they buy one of the airline's vacation packages to the desert and gaming resort.

Allegiant, which inaugurates service between Denver and Las Vegas on July 3, today said that when a customer buys one of its two, three, four or five night Allegiant Vacations complete air and hotel packages, a second person on the package will "fly free."

For example, a Monday through Thursday package to the Four Queens hotel in Las Vegas, inclusive of roundtrip non-stop air service on Allegiant Air, will now cost $240 for two people compared to $418 at the normal package rate, a savings of $178 (Prices do not include PFC's and segment fees of $13.50 per person.)

Allegiant Vacations offers a choice of 18 Las Vegas hotel/casino properties in its "Fly Free" package promotion including the Four Queens, Paris, Luxor, MGM Grand, Venetian, Bally's, Mirage, Golden Nugget, Flamingo, Tropicana, Monte Carlo, Riviera, Excalibur, Frontier, Imperial Palace, Stardust, San Remo, and Circus Circus.

Allegiant said the offer applies to Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday departures from Denver International Airport from July 3 to September 30. The vacation packages to Las Vegas must be booked by June 27, 2003, and seats are limited. (These prices are non-refundable and not retroactive.) The airline said that the promotional package is available for purchase through the airlines' website at www.allegiantair.com, through Allegiant Vacations at 800-432-3810, through its Allegiant Reservations at 888-594-6937 and through professional travel agents.

"This special offer, and the tremendous value it represents, is intended to enable Denver travelers the opportunity to experience the service and convenience of Allegiant Air and Allegiant Vacations," said Mark Peterson, Allegiant's VP of Marketing and Sales. "Once people fly us, we know they'll want to come back again."

Regular one-way fares for flights between Denver and Las Vegas on Allegiant start at $99 to $199.

Allegiant Air will operate non-stop MD-83 service Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday each week, the peak demand days for flight in the market. The MD-83 aircraft seats 162 passengers. Allegiant's flights will depart DIA at 6:00 PM arriving in Las Vegas at 6:55 PM. Flights leaving Las Vegas will depart at 7:25 PM arriving in Denver at 10:15 PM (all flight times are local).
