(Nasdaq:PDFS), the leading provider of Process-Design Integration technologies and services for manufacturing integrated circuits (ICs), today announced that its President and Chief Executive Officer, John Kibarian, will speak in a panel at the Fourth International Symposium on Quality Electronic Design (ISQED) on March 24, 2003 in San Jose, California. The company will also present a tutorial on PDF's quantitative Design-for-Manufacturability approach.

Kibarian will participate in a panel discussion titled "Is Quality a Design Constraint for Sub-100 nanometer Designs?" The discussion will highlight the impact of deep sub-micron technologies on design quality and introduce solutions for improving quality in the design process without delaying manufacturing. As PDF Solutions is involved in a number of Process-Design Integration projects at 100-nm and below, Kibarian will offer unique insight on "Ramping New IC products in the Deep Sub-micron Age" and Design-for-Manufacturability solutions with measurable results.

The panel discussion (Session EP1) will take place on Monday, March 24, 2003 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. PST, in the Siskiyou Room at the Double Tree Hotel in San Jose, California.
