The National Underwriter Company has developed a web-based training platform for users of the One Card System: OCS Essentials. OCS Essentials was created to help insurance and financial services professionals quickly implement the system through self-study training.
OCS Essentials is a five-course program designed to help financial services representatives and insurance agents quickly grasp and apply proven processes for managing activity, systematically contacting prospects and clients, and closing more sales. OCS Essentials is available as an annual on-line subscription, which allows for anytime accessibility and the freedom to review and repeat course elements as often as necessary. OCS Essentials can be purchased by individual agents and representatives or customized for corporate integration and branding.
"The One Card System has traditionally been taught through classroom or informal peer-to-peer training, frequently leaving new producers at the mercy of scheduling conflicts. With OCS Essentials, producers can quickly build on the textbook and informal training they do get, by implementing the program's on-line lessons and learning exercises. New producers can start selling sooner and more effectively than ever before," says Bill Wienhoff, Editorial Director for The One Card System.
The One Card System, developed by insurance industry legend O. Alfred Granum, remains the franchise model of success for building a life insurance/financial services clientele. It's philosophy rests in the ability to track your business, activity and production, allowing the user to quantify results and predict business outcomes. In its entirety, The One Card System includes all the tools, instructions, and methods for creating trusted relationships and building a substantial client base. The National Underwriter Company has been providing The One Card System since its creation; and other reference and sales materials for the insurance and financial services for over a century.
