(Nasdaq: NETE), a leading provider of identity and access management solutions, today announced that Marc Chanliau, Product Manager at Netegrity, will deliver a presentation on Securing Web Services at the Web Services Edge 2003 East International Conference & Expo, being held at Boston's Hynes Convention Center on Thursday, March 20th at 4 pm ET.
During the presentation, Chanliau will discuss the advantages of using Web services and the security challenges of Web services implementations. Chanliau will discuss the XML technologies, including SAML and WS-Security, which enable a secure authentication solution for Web services.
Marc Chanliau is a product manager for Netegrity, Inc. Chanliau has been in the software industry for over 20 years in many different capacities. Chanliau started the OASIS Security Services Technical Committee that culminated in the adoption of SAML as an official OASIS standard in November 2002. Chanliau holds an MS in Linguistics from the University of Paris-Jussieu, France.
