On March 25th from 3pm to 5pm, learn about growth and potential business opportunities in the Western European wireless data market from one of the industry's leading analyst organizations.
Gartner consultant Paul Lee, a market and business strategist based in San Jose, will present findings from a recently released report, "The European Wireless Market: Overview and Strategic Evaluation", as part of a two-hour program of interactive presentations and panel discussions designed to help Bay Area technology, software and specialized services companies capitalize on opportunities and succeed in Western Europe's mobile Internet market.
Lee's presentation will include the latest forecasts, such as mobile data services expected growth from $5.3 billion in 2000 to $47 billion in 2005. During that time, Lee's findings predict over a million new subscribers in Western Europe will sign up for mobile services, voice and data.
Other industry speakers who will share valuable knowledge and strategies for success at the event include leaders from Redwood City's Openwave Systems, San Jose's Invest Northern Ireland, British Telecom and 3i Group, a leading international venture company with an office in Menlo Park, CA. Mitch Ratcliffe, InnovationWORLD editorial director, will moderate the event.
