TROY Group Inc. (OTC:TROY) today announced that it had delayed the filing of its Annual Report on SEC Form 10-K for the year ended Nov. 30, 2002 due to the additional time required to complete the year-end closing, and the fact that McGladrey & Pullen LLP was appointed as its independent public accountants shortly before the due date of its annual report. The company expects that it will be able to file its annual report within the next two weeks.
