OnWeb is a server-based software solution that allows companies to quickly Web-enable host applications and business processes, without the high cost of rewriting or changing back-end legacy systems. The two companies will focus on organizations such as educational, energy and healthcare institutions that need to rapidly respond to security mandates and policies requiring simplified and streamlined access to mission critical information.
